What is YLA
A School for the Work of Leadership.
Yakah’s Leadership Academy is the structured leadership-development system of YLDI. It exists to help emerging leaders intentionally develop the understanding, character, competence and practical capacity required for leadership.
YLA recognizes that leadership cannot be developed through inspiration alone. Leaders need knowledge, frameworks, mentorship, practice, reflection and opportunities to take responsibility.
